EcoBanff Dust Suppression Systems are based in three components:

Pumping module.

It is a high pressure pumping module (200psi) covering a wide range of water flow, easy to both maintain and operate, being able to suppress visible dust adding less than 5 liters of water per metric ton of ore, at the whole process.

Control system.

The simplest, DustBoy, manually operated. Recommended for ore crushing plants up to 400 tph.

The more complete, DustPro, with remote control panel and  a conections panel which allow its automatization.

Recommended for ore crushing plants bigger than 400 tph,or those which require a high degree of automatization.

Field Kit.

Hoses, valves and manifolds for pressurized water distribution, and a set of defined nozzles.
