Heavy duty water pressure system

Equipment is of the heavy duty type, designed for fixed or movable crushing plants which process over 500 tons of ore per hour.     Of compact and reinforced structure, the DP pump modules employ high quality and advanced technology components which allow a configuration for multiple dust control positions. They may be completely automated and equipped with air purge systems and/or glycol for application at cold climates.

The remote control panel allows the operator to activate or deactivate spray areas, according the amount of dust in the area. This way, water is being saved.

Lighted indicators show that a pump is operating. They also provide an alert when the water supply is interrupted.
